Shipping

Free domestic shipping applies to the USA, Puerto Rico, Guam, & the US Virgin Islands.

  • Domestic shipping is shipped via USPS Priority Mail.  Please allow 1 day for processing and 2-3 days for orders to arrive.

International shipping must be paid by buyer and is shipped via USPS. Please allow 2-3 days for processing.  Shipping times will depend on shipment method selected.

  • First Class Priority: 10-21 business days
  • Priority Mail International: 6-10 business days
  • Priority Mail Express International: 3-5 business days

 

Returns

You have 21 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received them.  Journals may have the shrink-wrap removed but must be in pristine condition and may not be written in. 

Shipping costs will not be refunded. Please allow 7 days for processing.

We do not issue refunds for downloadable items.

 

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.  

If you have not received your refund within 10 business days, please contact us.

 

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

If you believe you have received an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us with photos showing the damage.  We are happy to send you a replacement product.
